The Best Williamson County Neighborhoods with Swimming Pools

Convenience, location, commute, and schools are all typically top of the list when looking for a new home. But what about convenience and a bit of luxury? Summer temperatures in Williamson County and the surrounding area are usually in the mid-80s to lower 90s, with average humidity typically above 70%. On the hottest (and sometimes muggiest) days in July and August, nothing is more relaxing for the family than an afternoon at the pool.

As you start your home search in Middle Tennessee, it may be worth adding a pool to your list of must-haves. These top neighborhoods—some of our favorite in Williamson County—offer a variety of convenient amenities, including walking trails, playgrounds, dog parks, and of course, beautiful community swimming pools. 

Brentwood

Annandale

Not far from the convenience of I-65 and Brentwood shopping is the Annandale neighborhood. This 221-acre community includes 181 gorgeous luxury homes as well as amenities that go above and beyond the average neighborhood in the area. Residents can enjoy not only one, but two community swimming pools, as well as a 14-acre park, walking trails, playgrounds, and the comfort and access of quiet streets, cul-de-sacs, and sidewalks for walkability.

The Woodlands at Copperstone

Copperstone is a gorgeous community situated between Nashville, Franklin, and Nolensville. Bordering The Woodlands is the larger neighborhood of Brookfield. Although it does not include the accessibility of sidewalks, this 464-home community enjoys similar amenities as its neighbor. Residents benefit from nearby walking trails, as well as community access to a clubhouse, playground, and two swimming pools.

The Governors Club

This luxury neighborhood is a top choice for golf lovers. The Governors Club is a 618-acre community featuring 438 beautiful estate homes and a private golf course.
