“We were moving from out of state and found a home we thought we loved… we got a hold of a friend who already lived in Nashville and they recommended Bobby to us. We got ahold of him and he literally was beyond a 5 star realtor for us. He went and saw the house the next day because he wanted to make sure it was a great home before letting us put an offer in. (Amazing!) My husband really loved the home, I loved it but knew there were other homes if needed… Bobby worked so hard for us and kept us calm through many panicky (from me) calls and texts! He answered everything and really helped us through the process! We got our home!! After this, Bobby went to inspection because we couldn’t be there. This home is an hour away from his office! He would FaceTime us from the property. He gave honest opinions. He really was helpful through the process. He set us up with a great loan officer (for veterans). I missed closing as we have a baby and while my husband drove to Tennessee from out of state, I had some issues with closing paperwork. I called Bobby as I didn’t want to stress my husband more. Bobby figured it all out for me and again kept in touch through texts and calls. I know we weren’t the only people buying a home at the time but he sure made us feel like it. He was readily available anytime we had a question!
